In Government Regulation no. 60/1999 Article 45 has stated that the organizational structure of faculty consists of (1) Elements of Leaders: Dean and Assistant (Vice Dean), (2) Faculty Senate, (3) Academic Executor: Department, Laboratory and Group of Lecturers, (4) Administrative: Administrative Section. To support the smooth academic administration, then in the Faculty of Agricultural Technology UGM there is Academic Section and Student Affairs
Since January 1, 2000, Gadjah Mada University was established as a state-owned university (BHMN) based on government regulation no. 153/2000. So since then there has been a change of order in all fields gradually including organizations ranging from university level to faculty.
The organizational structure of Faculty of Agricultural Technology UGM is presented in Figure 3-1. For the management of study programs starting from D3, S1, S2 to S3, the management organization is set up in Figure 3-2. In this case the management of D3 and Postgraduate study programs is led by the Head of Study Program and is responsible to the Dean through the Head of Department.
